According to information released through the alert, Ruben and Daleza Fregoso were last seen on May 24, 2026, at approximately 4:00 a.m. in Los Angeles. Investigators believe the child was taken by Ruben Fregoso, and authorities are urgently asking for the public’s help in locating them safely.
Officials say they may be traveling in a white 2019 Land Rover Discovery bearing California license plate 9DAW715.
The AMBER Alert was activated by the California Highway Patrol on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department after CHP was notified of the case on May 25, 2026.
